Leads store operations and staff in support of store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when a manager is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with store management and crew.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, and coach colleagues on customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
