Leads store execution and staff when needed, supports store management, serves customers, and oversees merchandise presentation and store procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues, and provides colleagues with service feedback and coaching.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and supports promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
