Leads store operations and supervisory staff when a manager is not onsite, while supporting store execution, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues, provide service coaching, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
