Leads store operations and supervisory staff when a manager is not onsite, supporting store execution, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, and coach colleagues on customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
