Leads store operations and staff when a manager is not onsite, supporting store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and coaches colleagues on customer service.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and supports promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
