Leads store operations and staff in support of store management, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; lead the store when no manager is onsite and complete opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, and coach colleagues on service while maintaining customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional and seasonal displays, signage, and inventory.
