Leads store operations and staff, supports customer service and merchandising, and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed when a manager is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crews by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, and coach colleagues on customer service.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
