Leads store operations and staff when needed, supports store management, and promotes customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, provide colleague feedback and coaching, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
