Engages Medicare seniors through community outreach and sales activities to convert prospective patients into Oak Street Health patients in an assigned territory.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture leads through events, cold calls, email, phone, networking, and community outreach.
- Maintain prospect relationships, record sales activity in CRM and other business systems, and support prospects with concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with outreach and community relationship teams to drive local patient growth.
