Engages Medicare seniors through community outreach and sales to convert prospective patients into Oak Street Health patients in an assigned territory.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture leads through events, cold calling, email, phone, networking, and community outreach.
- Maintain prospect relationships, record sales activity in CRM and other business systems, and help resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with outreach and clinical teams to drive local patient growth and support prospects and patients.
