Engages Medicare seniors through community outreach and sales activities to convert prospects into Oak Street Health patients in an assigned territory.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture leads through events, cold calling, email, phone, and community networking.
- Maintain relationships with prospects, record sales activity in CRM and other business systems, and support new patient growth.
- Coordinate with outreach and clinical teams, and help address prospect and patient concerns.
