About the job
Develops community relationships and engages Medicare seniors to generate leads and enroll new patients with Oak Street Health.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture prospective-patient leads through community events, outreach, calls, email, and networking.
- Maintain prospect relationships and record customer information and sales activity in business systems.
- Coordinate with outreach and clinical teams, support patients and prospects, and help resolve concerns.
