Engages Medicare seniors through community outreach and sales activities to build relationships and enroll new patients with Oak Street Health.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture leads through events, cold calling, email, phone, and community networking.
- Maintain regular prospect touchpoints and record customer information and sales activity in CRM and other business systems.
- Coordinate with outreach and clinical teams, and address prospect or patient concerns.
