What you'll do
- Process monthly refill requests, new patient orders, and prescription changes; update electronic medical records and verify documentation before shipment.
- Answer calls about nutrition therapy order status and admissions, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information to support accurate shipments.
