Generates leads and builds relationships with Medicare-eligible seniors through community outreach to grow Oak Street Health’s local patient base.
What you'll do
- Conduct community events, cold calls, digital outreach, and follow-ups to generate and convert leads.
- Document outreach and sales activity in CRM and internal systems, and coordinate strategies with outreach colleagues.
- Connect new patients with clinical teams and address prospective patients’ concerns.
