What you'll do
- Conduct community events and targeted outreach, including cold calls, digital channels, and referrals, to generate and convert leads.
- Document prospect interactions in CRM and internal systems, maintain follow-ups, and address concerns.
- Coordinate lead-generation strategies with outreach teams and serve as a liaison between clinical teams and new patients.
