Engages Medicare seniors through community outreach and sales activities to develop relationships and grow Oak Street Health’s patient base in an assigned territory.
What you'll do
- Generate and nurture leads through events, cold calling, email, phone, networking, and community outreach.
- Maintain prospect relationships, record customer information and sales activity in CRM and other business systems, and address concerns or connect people with appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with outreach colleagues and community relationship managers to drive local lead generation and patient growth.
