Engages Medicare seniors and community partners through outreach and sales activities to generate leads and grow Oak Street Health’s patient base in an assigned territory.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through community events, outreach, prospecting, and cold calling; nurture prospects by email, phone, and networking.
- Maintain prospect relationships, record sales activity in CRM and other systems, and collaborate with outreach and community teams to drive growth.
- Serve as a contact for clinical or center staff and help resolve prospect and patient concerns.
