What you'll do
- Help patients navigate insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, and medical bills; serve as the clinic’s internal insurance resource.
- Manage welcome visits and orientations, and educate patients about public benefits and prescription-drug assistance.
- Support clinic operations and patient engagement, including scheduling, billing, and events.

Nice to have
- Experience explaining insurance coverage or helping patients navigate healthcare, especially Medicare and Managed Care; CRM experience is a plus.

Pay
$21.10 - $40.90 (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
