What you'll do
- Perform Medication Regimen Reviews, document recommendations, and provide written reports to facility staff.
- Help facilities meet federal and state requirements, resolve pharmacy-related concerns, and educate staff about programs.
- Coordinate with facility leaders and internal teams, conduct customer meetings, and support adoption of services.
