Provides and oversees retail pharmacy services, including safe prescription dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, clinical care, and pharmacy team support.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help resolve medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance during assigned shifts, including workflow, inventory, compliance, and patient experience.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy operations, scheduling when directed, and coaching pharmacy staff.
