A retail Staff Pharmacist safely dispenses and counsels on medications, provides immunizations and clinical services, and helps oversee pharmacy operations and team performance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Support pharmacy operations, workflow safety, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and the Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Coach pharmacy team members and help resolve patient, insurance, medication, and operational issues.
