Provides retail pharmacy care by dispensing and counseling on medications, administering immunizations, supporting pharmacy operations, and helping lead the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted.
- Support pharmacy operations, inventory, regulatory compliance, and patient experience; serve as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Coach pharmacy team members and support performance, scheduling, and safe workflow practices.
