A retail Staff Pharmacist supports pharmacy operations and team leadership while dispensing and counseling patients, delivering immunizations and clinical services, and ensuring safe, compliant care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and help improve patient outcomes.
- Support pharmacy operations and team performance, including overseeing the pharmacy as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Promote safe workflows, inventory practices, patient experience, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
