A retail Staff Pharmacist dispenses and counsels on medications, immunizes patients, supports pharmacy operations and team performance, and provides clinical services where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services such as testing and prescribing where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team workflow, including acting for the Pharmacy Manager when needed and coaching team members.
- Support compliant operations, inventory management, patient care, and positive patient experiences.
