Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and provide permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance when acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including coaching and supporting workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient care, insurance, and medication issues while supporting a safe, compassionate patient experience.
