About the job
Provides clinical pharmacy management and patient support for people receiving specialized home infusion therapy and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
What you'll do
- Review patient charts, lab results, and medication orders; assess therapeutic appropriateness, safety, and completeness.
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare team members about progress and treatment recommendations.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel in compounding, packaging, and labeling sterile products.
