Supports the development, negotiation, execution, and renewal of PBM client contracts, helping manage pricing, operational delivery, and financial and relationship risks.
What you'll do
- Review pricing commitment documents and assist with drafting, negotiating, approving, executing, and renewing contracts.
- Support contract strategies and ensure governance, documentation, execution, and handoff requirements are met.
- Partner with internal teams and communicate contract edits to help implement agreed terms and minimize errors.
