A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under a pharmacist’s supervision while completing a training roadmap in preparation for pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support inventory tasks.
- Provide patient service, assist with counseling and prescription questions under pharmacist supervision, and support immunizations or other health services where permitted.
- Complete training experiences, follow applicable laws and CVS policies, and collaborate with pharmacy team members.
