A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing hands-on training in preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fulfill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support smooth pharmacy operations.
- Assist patients with care and service, including counseling or handling medical questions under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision where appropriate.
- Complete training activities and support inventory, immunizations, and other patient health services where permitted and appropriately trained.
