About the job
Under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, a third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care programs to provide safe, effective care.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Help manage patient care programs and provide patient immunizations once state regulations allow.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team and deliver caring, empathetic service to patients and customers.
