About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care programs under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
What you'll do
- Help maintain patient safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, customer service, inventory, and pharmacy workflow; final prescription verification is excluded.
- Support patient care programs and provide patient immunizations when permitted by state regulations.
- Complete required training and licensure tasks, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver patient care.
