Works under a licensed pharmacist in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe pharmacy operations and patient care programs while serving customers.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow management; does not perform final prescription verification.
- Help manage patient care programs and provide compassionate service to patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Complete required training and licensure tasks and other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.
