A third-year pharmacy student intern trains under a preceptor and supports retail pharmacy operations, safe prescription fulfillment, and patient care while preparing for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy and store operations, and apply pharmacy school learning in practice.
- Support prescription workflow, inventory, patient service, and counseling or prescription-related tasks under pharmacist supervision and as permitted by law.
- Provide or support immunizations and other patient health services when allowed and appropriately trained or certified.

- Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Meet attendance requirements, including nights and weekends, and complete required training within the designated timeframe.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency; ability to become immunization certified and work at other market locations are also preferred.
