A third-year Pharmacy Intern trains under a preceptor and supports retail pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy team development while preparing for a Pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap and learn pharmacy, store, district, and regional operations.
- Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient service, workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Support patient care services, including counseling under pharmacist supervision and immunizations where permitted and trained.
