A third-year pharmacy student intern supports CVS retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing hands-on training in preparation for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflows, and inventory activities under pharmacist or pharmacy leadership direction.
- Provide patient service, gather health information, take or clarify prescriptions, and support health services such as immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Complete the training roadmap, follow procedures and legal requirements, and contribute to pharmacy team development and operations.
