A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy while training to support safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and procedures to help fill prescriptions safely and accurately and keep operations running smoothly.
- Serve patients with empathy, provide appropriate counseling and health services under supervision, and resolve or escalate concerns.
- Complete the training roadmap and assist with inventory, team development, and compliance with laws and CVS policies.
