A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support day-to-day workflow and inventory tasks.
- Assist patients with service and health-care needs, and provide counseling or support clinical services under pharmacist supervision and as permitted by law.
- Complete the training roadmap and build pharmacy knowledge while following applicable laws, policies, and patient-safety standards.
