About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports a retail pharmacy team in providing safe, effective patient care and managing pharmacy operations under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Help manage patient care programs and provide patient care, including immunizations when permitted by state regulations.
- Complete required training and licensure steps and collaborate with patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
