About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care programs under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
What you'll do
- Help maintain a safe and effective pharmacy environment, supporting patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow; final prescription verification is excluded.
- Support adoption and management of patient care programs, including providing immunizations when state regulations allow.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team and complete required training and assigned tasks.
