A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under a licensed pharmacist’s direction.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with accurate prescription fulfillment, inventory tasks, and smooth pharmacy operations.
- Support patients through service, appropriate counseling and prescription clarification, and health services such as immunizations where permitted and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap, follow applicable laws and policies, and contribute to team development and a safe, inclusive workplace.
