A third-year pharmacy student intern supports CVS pharmacy operations and patient care while completing a training roadmap to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help process prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and provide caring service to patients under pharmacist supervision.
- Support patient care activities, including counseling or prescription clarification where permitted, and immunizations or other health services when allowed and appropriately trained.
- Complete training experiences and assist with inventory, team development, and pharmacy operations while complying with applicable laws and policies.
