A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing supervised training toward a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support inventory tasks.
- Assist patients, provide appropriate counseling under pharmacist supervision, and take or clarify prescriptions where state regulations allow.
- Complete the training roadmap and, where permitted and qualified, support immunizations and other patient health services.
