A third-year Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, supporting prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision while completing a training roadmap.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and inventory activities.
- Assist patients with service, counseling and prescription questions under pharmacist supervision; support immunizations and other health services where permitted.
- Complete the training roadmap and follow applicable laws, policies, and patient-safety requirements.
