A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing a training roadmap for future pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, pharmacy workflow, inventory tasks, and compliance with pharmacy procedures and regulations.
- Assist patients with service and health needs, including counseling or prescription clarification under supervision and immunization services where permitted.
- Complete pharmacy training experiences and collaborate with the pharmacy team, including providing coaching and adapting to business and scheduling needs.
