What you'll do
- Complete a training roadmap covering pharmacy, store, district, and regional operations; follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Assist patients and the pharmacy team, including offering counseling or services under pharmacist supervision and resolving or escalating patient concerns.
- Support inventory and, where permitted and trained, immunizations and other patient health services.
