A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision while completing training to prepare for a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs, and support inventory activities.
- Assist patients with service, counseling, medical questions, and health services under required supervision and within applicable law.
- Complete the training roadmap and collaborate with pharmacy colleagues, including providing coaching and supporting immunization activities where permitted.
