A third-year pharmacy student intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing hands-on training toward a pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and support daily operations and inventory tasks.
- Assist patients with care and service, including counseling or handling medical questions under pharmacist supervision and supporting immunizations where permitted.
- Complete the training roadmap, follow applicable laws and policies, and communicate and collaborate with pharmacy colleagues.
