A third-year pharmacy student applies classroom learning in a CVS retail pharmacy while training to support safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and assist with accurate, timely prescription fulfillment and pharmacy operations.
- Support patient care through service, counseling and medical-history gathering under pharmacist supervision, and additional health services where allowed and trained.
- Complete the training roadmap and support team operations, including inventory tasks and, where permitted, immunization duties.
