About the job
A third-year pharmacy intern supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
What you'll do
- Support patient safety, pharmacy practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Help deliver and manage patient care programs and provide patient immunizations when state regulations allow.
- Complete required training and licensure requirements; collaborate with the pharmacy team to provide patient care.
